Megan Ward / NC LMBT# 10580
I attended the Center for Massage and Natural Health in 2009-2010, and have been practicing massage ever since I received my license in 2010.
Massage has been an important part of my life since 2005. Through a healthy lifestyle and regular massage I began to gain a better understanding of the complexities of my body’’s health, both physically and emotionally.
As soon as I started receiving massage consistently I began to realize how transformative regular massage therapy could be. To live in a body that is listened to and cared for has helped me to realize that I can live in a body free of chronic pain, and without the strain from stress.
I was so intrigued by what I was experiencing because of massage I decided to become a massage therapist myself.
I have a great respect for the human body. I have found massage to be an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
Please come ready to relax. It usually takes at least 15 minutes to talk and go over any questions or concerns you may have, so please keep in mind that your appointment will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes in addition to the time we will be spending during the massage.
