Acupuncture
Boone, NC
Are you frustrated trying to find a solution to your health problems?
… Are you worn down by chronic pain?
Acupuncture can ease your pain. It can balance and relieve your symptoms and set your body up to recalibrate. It is a simple, pain-free way to down-regulate the stress response of the body. So many health problems and chronic pain issues are perpetuated by the body’s inability to overcome the cumulative effects of stress.
Anxiety, depression or overwhelm add to a chronic pain or health concern and it becomes a vicious cycle. Do you sleep well when you’re in pain or overwhelmed? Acupuncture can help with that and get you back on track to recover and even move beyond symptom relief.
Acupuncture “speaks” to the body’s nervous and circulatory systems. It interrupts the common downward spiral of stress, chronic pain and illness and gives the body a chance to heal naturally. It’s also drug-free, side-effect-free and surprisingly, pain-free!
You have nothing to lose and your life and motivation to gain. Call today to schedule a free holistic health assessment and we’ll talk about how to get you back into your health zone.

Acu-Massage: A full 1-hour massage focusing strictly on the 12 main acupuncture channels. Acupuncture channels flow constantly throughout the body. Over time and from our lifestyle choices they channels can become less efficient which can lead to a myriad of problems mentally, emotionally and physically. Each channel is massaged with attention to specific acupuncture points on each channel. It is a means to “tap” into the dynamic energies of each channel allowing free flow of possible stuck, stagnate energy, likened to removing sticks and leaves in a stream to allow it to flow efficiently.
